To register as a sponsor, you may contact us or download and print a Sponsor Registration Form and then either email or mail it to the contact noted at the bottom.
Please follow these simple steps to register online:
- Complete the online Sponsor Registration Form. The contact person indicated on the form will receive a complimentary registration for your sponsorship (golf and clay shoot activities are not included). Depending on the level of your sponsorship, up to four complimentary registrations are available.
- Please provide a brief description of your company. This description will be included in the conference program and your company name will be listed on an electronic display running continuously in the exhibit area during the event.
- When the form is completed, hit continue to pay securely through PayPal, major credit cards or by check.
- NOW proceed to the conference Attendee Registration Form.
- Fill in the form with the contact person you indicated in item 1 above. Under Registration Fees, select “Complimentary Registration (sponsor, exhibitor, commissioner) – $0.00.” When you complete the form, hit “continue” and select pay by check. The form will indicate that zero fees are due.
- For additional complimentary registrations associated with your sponsorship level, register each person separately using the same process.
- For other attendee registrations not included in your sponsorship complimentary registrations, please register each separately by beginning with line number 4 above, but indicate “paid” in the form. Then pay securely through PayPal, major credit cards or by check.
