Wisconsin Aviation Conference gives vendors a unique opportunity to set up a booth to display their products and services for all conference attendees to view. A limited amount of equipment display space is available for an additional $150 in the driveway between the professional session rooms and the hotel lobby.

Early discounted rates for the Wisconsin Aviation Conference are available until Monday, August 15, and regular rates are available until one week before the conference.
This year there are two display options – premium and standard booths.
The premium 8’ deep by 10’ wide exhibit booths are in the meal, break, and general session meeting room and include:
- An eight-foot backdrop,
- Three-foot side curtains,
- One eight-foot skirted table,
- Two chairs,
- And TWO complimentary registrations.
The high-visibility standard exhibitor booths located in the foyer of the meal, break and general session meeting room are 5’ deep by 10’ wide. The standard exhibitor registration rate includes an 8-foot backdrop, one eight-foot skirted table, two chairs, and one complimentary registration.
Electrical service (110v) is available for $35.
New this year, the WAC committee is providing exhibitors the option of declaring booth preferences at the time of registration. We will assign booths on a first-come, first-served basis after accommodating sponsors. Exhibitors need to register each person attending the conference and will receive a coupon code for complimentary registrations in their exhibitor confirmation email.
Golf/clay shoot activity fees are not included in complimentary exhibitor registration and must be registered separately.
