    The Wisconsin Aviation Conference provides vendors with a unique opportunity to display their products and services for all conference attendees.

    Please register early to ensure we can accommodate your needs!

    Early discounted rates for the Wisconsin Aviation Conference are available until Friday, August 16.

    The 40 exhibitor booths are 8’ deep by 10’ wide. All booths are adjacent to the meal, break, and general session meeting room. Registration includes:

    • An eight-foot backdrop 
    • Three-foot side curtains 

    • One eight-foot skirted table 

    • Two chairs,

    • And TWO discounted registrations ($50 per attendee)

    WAMA will provide a list of registered attendees on Friday, September 27. The list will include the attendee's name and organization.

    Booth Selection
    The WAC committee is offering exhibitors the option of declaring booth preferences at the time of registration. After accommodating sponsors, we will assign booths on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to understand the placement of other vendors before making a selection, don't hesitate to contact WAMA at 608-661-0916 or director@wiama.org. See the exhibit hall layout HERE.

    Exhibit Hall Hours
    After WAC 67, exhibitors shared in the post-event survey the desire to close the exhibit hall before the short final day. You asked; WAC delivers. New this year, the exhibit hall will open Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. and close Thursday at 6:00 p.m. Exhibitors may tear down booths on Thursday evening or Friday morning. We encourage all exhibitors to stick around for Thursday's dinner and casino night to build relationships and have some fun.

    Expand Your Reach
    All exhibitors can expand their reach by purchasing a discounted quarter-page ad in the conference magazine for $300. Please forward all ads to director@wiama.org by Thursday, August 22. 2024 Wisconsin Aviation Conference magazine ad specifications

    Attendee Registration
    Exhibitors must complete and submit a Conference Attendee Registration Form for each person attending the conference. When registering attendees for the conference, select the discounted exhibitor registration option. Your confirmation email will include a coupon code for these registrations.

    After about a decade, WAMA is excited to bring WAC back to the state's capital! However, a Madison event is more expensive than an outstate location. Due to the increased location costs and escalating food prices over the last couple of years, WAMA is reluctantly increasing all registration fees, including those previously comped, in an effort to get closer to covering each participant's food and beverage costs. WAC registration remains a tremendous value.  

    Golf/sporting clays activity fees are not included in discounted exhibitor registration and must be registered separately.

    Hotel Rooms
    Don't wait to book your room! The World Dairy Expo is Oct. 1-4 in Madison. The Madison Marriott West and most hotels will sell out this week. The room block rates are available through Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2024, while rooms last.

    Cancelation and Refund Policy
    We are excited to see you at the conference, but we know things pop up. Should you need to cancel your exhibitor registration, refunds are available through Wednesday, Sept. 4.

    All packages should be scheduled to arrive no more than 72 hours before October 2. Package arriving before that will incur a storage fee and the handling fee.

    Exhibitors must schedule FedEx/Ground and UPS Air/UPS Ground for pickup. This service IS NOT PROVIDED by the hotel. They have FedEx/UPS forms on the property for your convenience.

    When packages are ready to be shipped, please have all the necessary paperwork on all packages (FedEx or UPS Labels) and leave them in the booths for the banquet department to pick up. You are welcome to call the banquet staff using any house phone located on the walls of the trade center. DO NOT label Marriott as the sender. This is NOT accurate. Your company and/or your name should be listed.
