The Wisconsin Aviation Conference provides vendors with a unique opportunity to display their products and services for all conference attendees.

Early discounted rates for the Wisconsin Aviation Conference are available until Friday, August 4, and regular rates are available until one week before the conference.

The 32 premium exhibitor booths are 8’ deep by 10’ wide. All booths are located in the meal, break, and general session meeting room. Registration includes:
We have added four additional standard booths, now available for purchase.
The booths are 5’ deep by 10’ wide. The standard booths are located in the hallway outside of the entrance to the general session meeting room (see the layout linked below)
The standard exhibitor registration rate includes:
- An 8-foot backdrop
- One eight-foot skirted table
- Two chairs,
- And ONE complimentary registration.
NEW this year, WAMA will provide a list of registered attendees on Friday, September 15. The list will include the attendee's name and organization.
The WAC committee is providing exhibitors the option of declaring booth preferences at the time of registration. We will assign booths on a first-come, first-served basis after accommodating sponsors. Exhibitors must register each person attending the conference and will receive a coupon code for complimentary registrations in their exhibitor confirmation email.
Golf/trap shoot activity fees are not included in complimentary exhibitor registration and must be registered separately.

Exhibitor setup will be Wednesday, September 20, from noon to 4 p.m., and tear down at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 22. For exhibitors participating in Wednesday's golf or trap shooting, please email email@example.com to arrange an earlier setup.
Due to the volume of packages handled by the hotel, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org before all deliveries. WAMA staff will communicate with the hotel. No deliveries should be received more than three business days prior to the event.
The exhibitor must fill out a FedEx/UPS label for each package to ship tradeshow materials out. Please contact FedEx/UPS to inform them of a pickup at the address above and take packages to the front desk. Large containers and pallets can be left at the exhibit booth, but contact the front desk to have the items transferred to the hotel's shipping area.
