Basic Winter Operations Scholarship

WAMA has arranged for a AAAE Basic Winter Operations class at the Central Wisconsin Airport on Oct. 9.

Basic Winter Operations will give participants valuable insights into the latest FAA Advisory Circulars. Discover the secrets of (AC) 150/5210-20 Ground Vehicle Operations on Airports, AC 150/5200-30 Airport Winter Safety and Operations, AC 150/5220-20 Airport Snow and Ice Control Equipment, and FAR Part 139 Certification of Airports. The training will also take a deep dive into actual Airport Snow and Ice Control Plans, to ensure people walk away with the knowledge and expertise needed to excel in winter operations.

Purpose
WAMA is offering two scholarships for the Basic Winter Operations Training at Central Wisconsin Airport on October 9.  For more details on the class, click here.

Eligibility
Open to any WAMA member employee of a small GA airport. Limited to one scholarship per airport.

The deadline for applications has been extended to Friday, Aug. 23.
