The Wisconsin Aviation Conference provides vendors with a unique opportunity to display their products and services for all conference attendees.
The exhibitor booths are 8’ deep by 10’ wide. Registration includes:
WAMA will provide a list of registered attendees on Wednesday, October 15. The list will include the attendee's name and organization.
Booth Registration Fees
- Discounted early registration received on or before Friday, Sept. 5 – $750
- Registration received after Sept. 5 – $800
- Optional electrical is available for $50
Booth Selection
The WAC committee is offering exhibitors the option of declaring booth preferences at the time of registration. After accommodating sponsors, we will assign booths on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibit Hall Hours
The exhibit hall will open Monday at 4:30 p.m. and close Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. Exhibitors may tear down booths on Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning. We encourage all exhibitors to stick around for Tuesday's dinner and murder mystery night to build relationships and have some fun.
Expand Your Reach
All exhibitors can expand their reach by purchasing a discounted quarter-page ad in the conference magazine for $300. Please forward all ads to director@wiama.org by Friday, August 23. 2025 Wisconsin Aviation Conference magazine ad specifications.
Attendee Registration
Exhibitors must complete and submit a Conference Attendee Registration Form for each person attending the conference. When registering attendees for the conference, select the discounted exhibitor registration option. Your confirmation email will include a coupon code for these registrations.
Golf/sporting clays activity fees are not included in discounted exhibitor registration and must be registered separately.
Hotel Rooms
Don't wait to book your room! The room block rates are available through Sept. 26, while rooms last.

Cancelation and Refund Policy
We are excited to see you at the conference, but we know things pop up. Should you need to cancel your exhibitor registration, refunds are available through Monday, Sept. 22.
Shipping
The Exhibitor permits the La Crosse Center to handle the unloading/reloading, delivery to the booth, and processing of freight shipments made to the exposition as described on the bill of lading. All shipments must be prepaid. Please advise all persons in charge of your exhibits how and when shipments were made. This will help in tracing missing or delayed shipments.

The La Crosse Center will not receive freight prior to one week of the official set-up day, unless approval is guaranteed by the above contact. Shipments arriving early will be refused or diverted to a warehouse in which case there will be a charge for warehousing plus an additional delivery charge by the trucking company.
Shipments must be prepaid and should be on a straight bill of lading. Address to the following and indicate number of pieces and weight:
