The Wisconsin Aviation Conference provides vendors with a unique opportunity to display their products and services for all conference attendees.
The exhibitor booths are 8’ deep by 10’ wide. Registration includes:
WAMA will provide a list of registered attendees on Wednesday, October 21. The list will include the attendee's name and organization.
Booth Registration Fees
- Discounted early registration received on or before Monday, Sept. 14 – $750
- Registration received after Sept. 14 – $800
- Optional electrical is available for $50
Booth Selection
The WAC committee is offering exhibitors the option of declaring booth preferences at the time of registration. After accommodating sponsors, we will assign booths on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibit Hall Hours
The exhibit hall will open Monday at 4:30 p.m. and close Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. Exhibitors may tear down booths on Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning. We encourage all exhibitors to stick around for Tuesday's dinner and murder mystery night to build relationships and have some fun.
Expand Your Reach
All exhibitors can expand their reach by purchasing a discounted quarter-page ad in the conference magazine for $300. Please forward all ads to director@wiama.org by Monday, September 28. Wisconsin Aviation Conference magazine ad specifications.
Attendee Registration
Exhibitors must complete and submit a Conference Attendee Registration Form for each person attending the conference. When registering attendees for the conference, select the discounted exhibitor registration option. Your confirmation email will include a coupon code for these registrations.
Monday's social event fees (golf, trap shooting, etc.) are not included in discounted exhibitor registration and must be registered separately.

Don't wait to book your room! The room block rate is available through Oct. 6, while rooms last.

Cancelation and Refund Policy
We are excited to see you at the conference, but we know things pop up. Should you need to cancel your exhibitor registration, refunds are available through Monday, Sept. 28.
Shipping
All freight should be sent to:
Chula Vista Resort, 2501 River Road, Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965. Attn: Contact Name and Cell Number/Group Event Name
Send all packages and displays to the attention of the first and last name and a cell number for the contact who will be claiming the shipment.
The name of the group should also appear somewhere clearly on the label, so it is easy to identify which group the package belongs to.
Shipments can arrive 3-5 days prior to the event, and it’s best to plan one or two days extra in case there is any kind of complication during the shipment process.
When checking in at the resort your contact person should inquire at the Front Desk regarding any expected shipments, and plan for their transportation from the Group Sales office to your meeting room(s).
Outgoing freight must be re-packaged according to standard shipping practices and all old labels removed and replaced with correct new labels.
It should then be transported to the Group Sales office, who will transport it to the shipping and receiving department to be picked up by UPS or FedEx.
If you are using USPS to ship items please note that they do not deliver to the property. Please do not send large packages USPS.
