Wisconsin Aviation Conference Attendee Registration
The Wisconsin Aviation Conference provides educational and networking opportunities for anyone interested in aviation. It's the only statewide conference encompassing all facets of aviation, including airports, FBOs, pilots, consultants, and state and federal agencies.
This year, WAMA is bringing WAC back to the city of La Crosse!

Conference Registration Fees
WAMA Airport Member
- Discounted early registration received on or before Friday, Sept. 5 – $175
- Registration received after Sept. 5 – $200
*Member rates extended to members of WAMA and FAA and State of Wisconsin employees.
Airport Non-Member
- Discounted early registration received on or before Friday, Sept. 5 – $225
- Registration received after Sept. 5 – $250
WAMA Corporate Member
- Discounted early registration received on or before Friday, Sept. 5 – $225
- Registration received after Sept. 5 – $250
Corporate Non-Member
- Discounted early registration received on or before Friday, Sept. 5 – $275

Evening Events
- Guests are welcome at the Monday reception and Tuesday dinner. Evening Events registration – $50
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We are excited to see you at the conference, but we know things pop up. Should you need to cancel your attendee registration, refunds are available through Friday, Oct. 10.
Hotel Rooms
