    The Wisconsin Aviation Conference provides educational and networking opportunities for anyone interested in aviation. It's the only state-wide conference encompassing all facets of aviation including airports, FBO's, pilots, consultants, and state and federal agencies.

    Conference Registration Fees

    WAMA Airport Member

    Discounted early registration received on or before March 1 – $99

    *Member rates extended to members of WAMA, WATA, WBAA, FAA and the State of Wisconsin.

    *NOTE:   Sponsors will need to complete and submit a Conference Attendee Registration Form for each person attending the conference.  Make sure to select the complimentary sponsorship registration option when registering attendees for the conference.

    Wisconsin Aviation Conference Exhibitors are given the unique opportunity to set up a booth to display their products and/or services for all conference attendees to view. There is a limited amount of product and/or equipment display space available for an additional $150 adjacent to certain exhibitor booths so register early to ensure we can accommodate your needs!

    Early discounted rates for the Wisconsin Aviation Conference are available until March 1 and standard rates are available through one week prior to the conference. Increased registration fees apply within one week of the conference and to onsite registrations.

    The standard exhibit booth area is 10 by 10 feet. It includes an 8-foot back drop, 3-foot side curtains, one 8-foot skirted table and two chairs. Electrical service (110v) is available for $20.

    Exhibitors will need to complete and submit a Conference Attendee Registration Form for each person attending the conference.  Two complimentary registrations are provided per exhibitor, so be sure to select that option when registering attendees for the conference.

    Golf/clay shoot activity fees are not included in complimentary exhibitor registration and must be registered seperately.

    Wisconsin Airport Management Association

    Scholarship Guidelines and Application

    Two scholarships will be awarded annually, up to a maximum of $2,000 at the sole discretion of the Wisconsin Airport Management Association Board of Directors

    Instructions -

    To be considered for this scholarship award, you must meet the following criteria:

    1.  Be enrolled in a bachelors degree level Aviation Degree Program at an accredited college or university and plan to continue this pursuit in the following year OR

    2.  Be enrolled in an associates degree or technical college program pursuing a degree in the aviation field and plan to continue this pursuit in the following year.

    3.  Be a student that attends a Wisconsin college or university, a resident of the State of Wisconsin attending a college or university outside the State, or an active duty service member with an entrance point in Wisconsin at the time the award is made.

    4.  Applicants must be in at least their first (freshman) year of college at the time the application is submitted.

    5.  Have achieved academic proficiency (grade point average) at the time of the application of 2.5 or better (based on a 4.0 system).

    6.  Applicant must not have previously received the scholarship from the Wisconsin Airport Management Association.

    7.  Applicant must complete all requested information on the scholarship application form. Submission of the form is considered your signature that the application information is accurate and complete.

    The information presented on this application will determine your eligibility for this assistance and will also be used as a basis for your ranking. For this reason, it is extremely important that you answer all questions completely and submit all attachments.

    Wisconsin Airport Management Association

    Professional Development Assistance

    Guidelines and Application

    Up to $2,000 in assistance will be awarded at the sole discretion of the Wisconsin Airport Management Association Board of Directors.

    Instructions:

    If you have any questions please contact David Jensen at jensen.david@msnairport.com. Applications must be received no later than March 16 at 5 pm.

    You must be a member of the Wisconsin Airport Management Association and a resident of Wisconsin or an active duty service member with an entrance point in Wisconsin at the time the award is made. 

    Candidates can receive reimbursement 12 months past an award date or 12 months prior to the next award date. Reimbursements will be awarded to members upon confirmation of successful completion of conference or training attendance.

    The information presented on this application will determine your eligibility for this assistance and will also be used as a basis for your ranking. For this reason, it is extremely important that you answer all questions completely and attach your autobiography and your statement of interest in the event. You may attach a resume or any additional information you believe is pertinent.

    Upon completion of your submission e-mail jensen.david@msnairport.com with a copy of your academic transcript if scholastic assistance is requested.  You will also need to provide all receipts and pertinent documents must be submitted with this application if you are requesting reimbursement for an airport conference or workshop occurring within the preceding 12 months of this application date.

    Person of the Year Award  - Awarded to persons who have distinguished themselves in Wisconsin Aviation during the past calendar year.

    Distinguished Service Award - Awarded to persons who have made an outstanding contribution to aviation.

    Lifetime Service Award - Awarded to persons who have devoted themselves to promoting and serving Wisconsin aviation for at least ten years.

    Airport Engineer Award - Awarded to persons who have made significant professional contributions in the airport engineering or architecture fields in Wisconsin.

    Blue Light Award - Awarded to persons in the media who have distinguished themselves by their excellent reporting on Wisconsin Aviation.
