President's Welcome Message:

Make no mistake; airports are the heart of Wisconsin’s economy. Airports create jobs, connect families and loved ones, facilitate meaningful business connections, and provide recreational opportunities. The more our general aviation and commercial service airports thrive, so does the State. By working in cooperation with the Federal Aviation Administration and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation’s Bureau of Aeronautics, we work together with a shared mission to promote and advance Wisconsin’s airports.

As the President of the Wisconsin Airport Management Association, along with our Board of Directors and Staff, I am focused on providing the best possible value to our members. By promoting our airports, fostering education, networking and professional development, legislative action, and much more, we help every Wisconsin airport succeed. And we do it all at a very low cost to our members. If you are not already a participating member, we encourage you to get involved! Anyone can attend our chapter meetings, and they are FREE!

As a private pilot, I enjoy visiting as many airports as possible. We have a beautiful state, especially when viewed from the air, and it’s always exciting to land at a new airport to exploring the surrounding area. If you are not already an aviator, I encourage you to visit your local FBO today and take a Discovery Flight. You will be glad you did.
